Use of the Mariko Boutique Outlet website is subject to the following terms and conditions.

In line with the Trade Practices Act 1974 and State Fair Trading legislation, we pledge to ensure that:

The goods supplied correspond with the description of the goods;
The goods supplied are of merchantable quality and fit for purpose; and
that any services subsequently supplied to the goods are rendered with due care and skill.

In an instance where any of the above implied conditions are not met, we will:

Offer you a store credit note;
Offer to exchange the goods;
Offer to repair the goods; or
Offer you a refund,

within a reasonable period of time, when you can provide proof of purchase (your receipt).

Faulty Merchandise:
In the event of a fault being discovered by you, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns on faulty items prior to the item being assessed via email, telephone or in store.

Any problems that have developed after the goods have had a fair amount of use will not be accepted as faulty. In such an event that this is deemed to be the case, you will be notified and the items returned to you, (you may be required to cover postage costs).

If the goods are deemed to be faulty, your credit card will be refunded for the total cost of the transaction (including initial and subsequent postage costs).

Returns:
All returned merchandise must be unworn and should be returned in original packaging to ensure protection whilst in transit.

Please use a reliable method of postage as we are not responsible for any items that go missing or become damaged in transit.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Whilst we aim to ensure the information contained on the website is correct, Mariko Boutique Outlet makes no warranty as to the accuracy, of any products on the website.

We accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage caused by you or any third party, by the website or the products sold on it including without limitation, loss or damage suffered as a result of negligence.
